About Me
I’m an educator, instructional designer, and industry expert dedicated to delivering high-impact coaching experiences. My mission is to bridge the gap between theory and practice, empowering emerging principals to confidently lead their team and focus on results-driven teaching and learning.
I spent over 20 years in independent school education, including over a decade leading two divisions at Albuquerque Academy. I've managed everything from staff dynamics and student discipline to enrollment, program design, and crisis response. I know what it actually takes to lead a school — not just in theory.
